The Fourth of July is almost here – and this means the city’s best parade is coming soon! The Palisades Community Association will again be putting on one of the best Fourth of July parades to be found anywhere – and, you’re invited! The Fourth of July parade will take place on the morning of July 4th, 2026. You can find more information about the parade route online.

Please be prepared: Street closures begin at 9:00 a.m. Make sure your workforce is in place by no later than 8:30 a.m.!

The Palisades Main Street offers $100 mini-grants to businesses who would like to decorate their storefronts for the parade, or march in the parade. Please email us if you are interested. Our photographer will be coming around on July 4th to snap photos of your amazing decorations and activations!

Don’t forget! July 4th is a wonderful time to be open to serve the community. This year’s parade will be the biggest EVER due to the 250th birthday of the nation. Plan to march, make a float, offer specials, or otherwise participate in the best event in the Palisades!
