The Council of the District of Columbia hereby gives notice of its intention to hold public oversight hearings on agency performance for FY 2024 and FY 2025. The hearings will begin Wednesday, January 22, 2025 and conclude on Friday, March 7, 2025. You can access hearing notices, sign-up to testify and other pertinent hearing information, by going to the hearing management system at: https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings. Some hearings listed in this notice will be broadcast live on DC Council Channel 13, streamed live at www.dccouncil.gov, while others will be streamed live at the link provided. Witnesses who anticipate needing language interpretation, or require sign language interpretation, are requested to inform the relevant Committee office of the need as soon as possible, but no later than ten (10) business days before the proceeding. We will make every effort to fulfill timely requests, however requests received in less than five (5) business days may not be fulfilled and alternatives may be offered.

Please note that there is only one hearing date for all of the agencies under CM McDuffie’s Committee for Business and Economic Development (CBED). Visit DC Council’s website to register to testify.

• The agency performance hearing for DHCD (SBTA program) is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.
